Little Theatre's Dottie HughesJOHN STENKO, as an artist and a performer, has been in show business since his debut on Philadelphia television at 11 years of age. His credits are numerous and someone could write a really big book about him. They include acting, directing, set design, and choreography — just about every facet, nook and cranny of live theatre. Who could ever forget his appearance in the 2007 Hammy Award-winning role of the singing and “Side Stepping” Governor in The Best Little Whorehouse In Texas, which he also directed. He has since appeared as Sydney in Catch Me If You Can. He also played the comical father of the bride in Plaza Suite, He directed the “show of the season” two years ago, Lend Me A Tenor, which sold out every performance (all nine of them) and another sold out hit since, Out Of Order.

John will be directing two shows this season for the Little Theatre - our classic winter romp, Funny Money, which opens in January 2011, and our musical, A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Forum.
