Auditions are held at the Little Theatre,
726 Third Avenue, New Smyrna Beach. Copies of all scripts (except
the musical) may be read at the Reference Desk at the New Smyrna
Beach Library. Auditions are open and no experience is necessary.
All auditions are at 7 p.m. Performances are at 8 p.m. except Sunday
performances are at 2 p.m.

Setting: Living room of Charles Condomine's
house in Kent
The smash comedy hit of the London and Broadway
stages, this much-revived classic from the playwright of Private
Lives offers up fussy, cantankerous novelist, Charles Condomine,
re-married but haunted (literally) by the ghost of his late first
wife, the clever and insistent Elvira who is called up by a visiting
"happy medium," one Madame Arcati. As the worldly and
un-worldly personalities clash, Charles' current wife, Ruth, is
accidentally killed, "passes over," joins Elvira and the
two "blithe spirits" haunt the hapless Charles into perpetuity.

Edith: The Condomines' maid, always

Charles Condomine: A sophisticated man with a sense of humor

Elvira: Charles' deceased first wife
Auditions are open
