Bernard and Jacqueline, a not-so-happily married couple, are both having extramarital affairs. Bernard invites his mistress and Robert, his best friend (and Jacqueline’s lover, unbeknownst to Bernard), over for the weekend. He’s even hired a Cordon Bleu chef to cater the evening, producing a highly complicated dinner of hilarious hijinks, secret trysts, and slapstick comedy.

A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum is a nonstop laugh fest in which Pseudolus, a crafty slave, struggles to win the hand of a beautiful, but slow-witted, courtesan named Philia for his young master, Hero, in exchange for freedom.

MOONSUIT - An original play written and directed by Karen Poulsen

March 8-11, 7:30 pm and March 12, 2:00 pm

Over 50 years ago, we celebrated Neil Armstrong’s first step on the moon. Before this lunar landing, it was a giant leap for the talented seamstresses who went from making Playtex undergarments, to facing the uphill challenge of constructing Spacesuits that would keep the astronauts alive on a lunar surface. This play is inspired by the events of the dedicated seamstresses and engineers who designed the Spacesuits for the first ever walk on the moon.

This true story of 19th-century astronomer Henrietta Leavitt explores a woman's place in society during a time of immense scientific discoveries, when women's ideas were dismissed until men claimed credit for them.

Louise The Limo Driver  

May 18 - May 28, 2023

In this comedy written by Karen Poulsen, Louise encounters many interesting passengers in her limo over a period of six years. She has a big heart that gets her into some compromising positions and unusual trips driving her unique passengers.
