Please read these important patron updates related to COVID-19:

The Little Theatre places the safety of our patrons, volunteers and performers above all else.  To provide for adequate distancing between patron groupings in our auditorium, the Little Theatre has limited the number of seats that will be sold for each performance.  In addition, we are selling all seats on a “General Admission” basis.  This means you do not reserve seats at the time you purchase your tickets.  Rather, we seat patrons on a first-come, first-served basis as they arrive for each performance.  This enables us to maximize the number of seats we can make available for each show.

When you purchase tickets online, they will be held at the box office for pick-up prior to the performance.  After you make your online purchase, you will receive a confirming email specifying the number of tickets and total price. If you wish to pick up your tickets prior to the performance date, you may do so at the box office.  The box office is open every Friday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., and for two hours prior to the curtain time of each performance.

We will begin seating in the auditorium of the Little Theatre one hour prior to curtain time.  On arrival, you will be invited in to pick up your tickets at the box office, then you will be assigned seating based on the number of people in your party and an usher will escort you to your seats.

We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation with the changes we have made to insure as many people as possible can enjoy our productions in a safe environment.  For more information on the Little Theatre’s COVID policy, please access the link at the top of our homepage.

We look forward to seeing you at the Theatre!

Ken Ludwig – It is December 1936 and Broadway star William Gillette, admired the world over for his leading role in the play Sherlock Holmes, has invited his fellow cast-members to his Connecticut castle for a weekend of revelry. But when one of the guests is stabbed to death, the festivities in this isolated house of tricks and mirrors quickly turn dangerous. Then it’s up to Gillette himself, as he assumes the persona of his beloved Holmes, to track down the killer before the next victim appears.

A.R. Gurney -- The play is set in the dining room of a typical well-to-do household, the place where the family assembled daily for breakfast and dinner and for any and all special occasions. The action is comprised of a mosaic of interrelated scenes—some funny, some touching, some rueful—which, taken together, create an in-depth portrait of a vanishing species: the upper-middle-class WASP. The actors change roles, personalities and ages with virtuoso skill as they portray a wide variety of characters, from little boys to stern grandfathers, and from giggling teenage girls to Irish housemaids.

CatCat on a Hot Tin Roof

Tennessee Williams -- In a plantation house, a family celebrates the sixty-fifth birthday of Big Daddy, as they sentimentally dub him. The mood is somber, despite the festivities, because a number of evils poison the gaiety: greed, sins of the past and desperate, clawing hopes for the future spar with one another as the knowledge that Big Daddy is dying slowly makes the rounds.

loveHow the Other Half Loves

May 6th - May 16th, 2021

Ticket pricing $20 / Seniors $19 / Children $10

Seating may be limited due to COVID-19 restrictions

Alan Ayckbourn -- There are three couples in this play, the men all working for the same firm. One of the younger men is having an affair with the wife of the oldest, and when each returns home suspiciously late one night or early one morning they invent a story about having to spend some time smoothing domestic matters in the home of the third couple. Both living rooms are shown in the single set, and both share a common dining room which takes on a character of its own as it serves two dinners simultaneously on two different nights. Of course, the third couple have to show up to put the fat in the fire, but that complication only adds to the fun of this famous farce.
